1) Product Inspection Upon Receipt

Pawty Time products are brand new and 100% authentic. Every item is quality-checked before shipping.

When you receive your order, please inspect it immediately:

  • The model, color, and quantity match your order
  • All items and accessories are included
  • The product is in ready-to-use condition with no shipping damage
  • If you notice any delivery issues or factory defects
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to maintain eligibility for an exchange (Initial Defect / DOA).

After this period, we reserve the right to consider the product accepted as received and in good condition.

2) Warranty Period & Coverage Conditions

All Pawty Time pet strollers purchased through official sales channels are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the purchase date, as indicated by valid proof of purchase.

Accepted proof of purchase (any one of the following):

  • Receipt / Tax invoice / Delivery note
  • Order confirmation from the Pawty Time website
  • Order ID from Shopee, Lazada, or other official sales channels
  • Warranty registration (recommended)

Customers are encouraged to register their warranty on the Pawty Time website using their order information. This helps us verify eligibility and provide faster, more efficient after-sales support.

3) Covered Damages Under Warranty

During the warranty period, if damage occurs as a result of normal use and in accordance with the user manual, Pawty Time will provide service at the company’s discretion, including:

  • Inspection and repair of the product, or
  • Replacement of defective parts or components

At no cost for parts (except in cases that fall outside warranty coverage).

Evaluation Guidelines

  • Minor issues: troubleshooting guidance or shipment of replacement parts, as appropriate
  • Structural or major mechanical issues: the product may need to be sent in for inspection prior to repair or replacement
Pawty Time reserves the right to prioritize repair or part replacement as the primary solution. Full product replacement will be considered only when repair is not possible in accordance with safety standards.
4) Damages Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the following circumstances:

  • Improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions for each model
  • Carrying loads exceeding the weight limit specified in the manual
  • Accidents, drops, severe impacts, or damage caused by sharp objects
  • Improper storage conditions, such as excessive humidity or extreme heat
  • Use of harsh or unsuitable cleaning chemicals (e.g., frequent alcohol spraying causing fabric fading or stiffness)
  • Modification, disassembly, or self-repair by anyone other than authorized Pawty Time technicians
  • Damage caused by pets, including biting, chewing, scratching, or tearing
5) Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • The product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase required.
  • Pawty Time reserves the right to determine the appropriate repair method or replacement of parts/components at its discretion.
  • The warranty covers only the stroller’s main structural components and primary mechanical parts (see details below).
  • The warranty will be void immediately if the product is disassembled, modified, repaired by unauthorized persons, or if the structure or wheel system is altered from factory standards.
  • Damage caused by pets, including biting, chewing, scratching, or destruction.
6) Components Covered Under Warranty
  • The main stroller frame if cracked or damaged to the extent that it affects safety (excluding normal wear such as minor scuffs or scratches).
  • Wheels, axles, bearings, or suspension systems that malfunction and clearly affect normal operation.
7) Components Not Covered by Warranty
  • Fabric, leather, mesh, and zippers
  • Damage caused by pets, including biting, chewing, or scratching
  • Normal wear and tear due to usage over time (e.g., color fading from sunlight or long-term use)
  • Damage resulting from the use of improper or harsh cleaning chemicals
  • Locks, clips, and small plastic components
  • Breakage caused by pet chewing or by rough or improper use
8) Warranty Claim Process

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please prepare the following information:

  • Order ID or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue and purchase date
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Our support team will contact you to:

  • Assess the issue
  • Explain the recommended repair or replacement approach
  • Provide the estimated timeline and next steps
9) After-Warranty Care & Service

If your product is damaged after the warranty period has expired, Pawty Time is happy to provide the following services:

  • Product inspection and repair assessment at no labor charge
  • Customers pay only for the replacement parts actually required
  • Shipping costs to and from the service center (if applicable)

In some cases, replacement parts may require additional time to be arranged. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for sending and returning the product and/or parts.
